Apply a pea sized amount with clean fingers, warm in the hands and gently apply to the underarm area.
The calming natural deodorant melts with your own body heat to naturally soak into the skin. You may find that the balm goes hard if left in a cold place. If this happens just warm it up to soften it again and ideally keep it somewhere warmer
For external use only, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.

I steer away from all high street brands. I tried a few natural products and Made for Life Organics deodorant balm is by far the best product I tried so far.
The smell is not over powering but gentle and pleasant. What appeals to me the most is that the balm contains no harsh chemicals, vegan and cruelty free.

Not tried Natural Deodorant before, but liked the idea. Nice smell and feels nice on skin, works well too.
Balm is very solid and a little bit lumpy (tiny lumps) which I find hard to disperse between finger tips, so have to rub between palms before apply to underarm - but I really do like it overall.

It's quite a different product from our other balms and as you say, it can go hard and feel a little coarse if it gets cold. You should find that it's much smoother if it's kept a little bit warmer, which we hope will happen naturally when summer weather arrives!

We use unrefined Shea Butter in our deodorants, which can go hard in a cold rooms. To resolve this, put your jar in a warm place or in a bowl of hot water, stir and allow it to reset naturally. This will restore the smooth texture. Ideally, keep your deo-balm above 20c.
Our deodorants are truly natural, containing only plant-based, skin-loving ingredients. They are free from unwanted additives and come in plastic-free packaging. This makes our deodorant better for you and the environment.
Our formulas are deodorants, not anti-perspirants. We embrace perspiration as natural and healthy, not wanting to block your body's cooling system. Our antibacterial deodorant creams eliminate odor-causing bacteria, keeping you fresh without blocking sweat glands. Many customers notice reduced sweating over time, possibly because our products let your body regulate sweat naturally.
Our deo-balm has been tried and tested on all sorts of materials and colours and does not leave white marks.
Unopened, our deodorant lasts for two years. Once opened, it's good for one year. Using it daily, a full-size pot should last over two months, so you'll probably finish it before the expiration date.
