How To Return A Product
For opened products that are faulty, we are happy to provide replacement products to the value of the original product.
If your product is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Before returning the product, please inform us by
email – firstname.lastname@example.org
give us a call on 01326 221777.
Unfortunately we cannot offer pre-paid postage unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or was sent in error.
When returning products, please ask for proof of posting or better still send using a traceable service such as recorded / signed for delivery. Regrettably we can take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
If you have not purchased your Made for Life product directly from our website or via our mail order service, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges directly.
