We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday the same day.

Mainland UK orders should be with you within 1-2 days, all other countries and districts may take up to 5 days. If you have not received your order within this time period, please email [email protected] or call our customer advice line on +44 (0)1326 221 777 .



We take great care in the formulation of all our products and are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. Should you not be satisfied, we will be happy to either offer an exchange or refund if we hear from you within 14 days. For opened products that are faulty, we are happy to provide replacement products to the value of the original product.  For unopened products we will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

Before sending the product back to us, please contact us by email - [email protected] or give us a ring on 01326 221777 and we may offer to send you a free returns envelope.

Unfortunately we cannot offer pre-paid postage unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or was sent in error.

When returning products, please ask for proof of posting or better still send using a traceable service such as recorded / signed for delivery. Regrettably we can take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

If you have not purchased your Spiezia product directly from our website or via our mail order service, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges from the retailer directly.
