1- Gently close your eyes and think about something that makes you happy. Take a deep breath in and as your exhale, smile.



2- Move from the space you’re in. Stand up, walk outside and look up at the sky (even if it is raining – feel the rain on your face).


3- Hug someone you love for more than six seconds and tell them you love them.


4- Put on your favourite song and dance like nobody’s watching.


5- Run a bath, pour in a scented oil and listen to some relaxing music.
